If you are unable to pick up your race packet on Friday or Saturday, you may have a friend or family member pick up for you. We ask that you send your race confirmation or QR code with them when picking up your packet.

While packet pick-up will be available on race day, we encourage participants to pick up early and avoid any delays. Packet Pick-up will be located on Ravenswood Ave just north of Wilson, west side of the race site and next to the train tracks.
Yes. Forward your confirmation email to the person picking up your packet and include a note indicating you’re giving him or her permission to do so.
Participants received a confirmation email as soon as their registration was complete. We can search for your registration via your last name when you arrive at Packet Pick-Up.
No, you do not need to have the QR code email to pick-up your packet. You can also present a photo ID to pick up your packet.
Bring your shirt on race day and stop by the packet pick-up tent (on Ravenswood Ave, just north of Wilson, west side of the race site and next to the train tracks) beginning at 8am, and we will do our best to fulfill exchanges.

The kids race assembles at 8:45am, and starts at 9am, The kids race generally sells out. We recommend registering as soon as possible.
No. As you may know, the proceeds from the Ravenswood run support the food pantry and community kitchen operated by Ravenwood Community Services. We try to keep the registration price low so that this community event remains accessible to as many people as possible, while also controlling costs to ensure the money raised can provide groveries for as many people as possible.

Yes. There is an ID tag attached to your bib that you can affix to the bag you want to check.
For runner safety, the streets along the race course will be closed to vehicular traffic and parking restrictions will be in place. We recommend reviewing any city parking signage affixed to trees and poles to ensure you are not parking where tow orders are in place. Information about alternate parking for residents and a list of available parking locations on race morning is available on the Transportation & Parking page within the Race Info section above.
